The procedure shall be carried out in a mode: the unrestricted invitation to tender the Contracting Authority shall apply the so-called 'reverse' procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) to (4) of the PZP.
The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in point 7 of Article 214 (1) of the PZP. The scope of in-kind construction robots which are the subject of orders shall not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this order
Reconstruction of 120 cm diameter (concrete) culvert to steel culvert on forest road no. 33 Kramarzówka Zaosiny — Hucisko (no. 242/90) in Kramarzówka forestryScope of construction works:

The liquidated culvert is a tubular reinforced concrete structure with a light of fi 120cm.
-manufacture of excavations with stability protection and dehydration
-fortification of the bottom and slope of the creek trough.
In addition to the culvert, the fortification of the bottom and slopes of the course is designed with natural or broken stone material measuring 20 — 30 cm.
-construction of a new facility.
A corrugated sheet culvert with an oval section of 2.96 x 2.00m. with a sheet thickness of at least 3.5 mm was designed. The length of the lower edge of the through structure of the object is 14.00m, and the upper 9.96m. Stone overhead inside the culvert is made of natural or broken stones measuring 10-30cm.
-fortification of road slopes within the culvert.
Strengthening of the bottom and slopes of the course are designed with a thickness of 30 cm of the bottom and 20 cm of the slopes. Designed slope 1:1.5. The fortification range includes a section of the course located in km 2+161.70 ÷ 2+216.10 excluding the projected culvert.

3.3 The Contracting Authority - pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Law of the PZP - requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract (within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended), all manual workers, operators of machinery and equipment, performing during the execution of the contract activities related to the implementation of the construction works, contracts, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (text one: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended).

4.Technical and organisational requirements for, in particular, logging, submission of tenders,
submitting requests for clarification of SWZ content, sending and receiving electronic documents,
electronic copies of documents and statements and other information provided by using them

5.Limit the volume of files or packaged folders in terms of the entire offer, statements about
not subject to exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions of participation in the proceedings, as well as other statements
or documents submitted with the offer are 10 files or packed folders,
maximum size of a single file of 150 MB. During communication, the file size is
a maximum of 500 MB.
6.For the date of submission of the tender, ONE, as well as other statements or documents submitted with the offer, the date of the tender shall be accepted
their submission on the Platform.For the date of submission of applications, notices, documents, statements or copies thereof and other information shall be accepted
the date of their transfer to the e-mail address of the Contracting Authority indicated in point 3 or submission to

Technical requirements enabling the use of the Platform provided by the Contracting Authority
1) Permanent Internet access with a guaranteed bandwidth of not less than 512 kbps,

GHZ or its newer version, one of the operating systems — MS Windows 7, Mac Os x 10 4, Linux,
or their newer versions,
3) installed any web browser, in the case of Internet Explorer minimally
