Dismantling / disposal and partial backup inventory.

Dismantling work:

Dismantling of the partially basement building to OK floor

A total of approx. 173 000 m³ uR on an area of approx. 11 700 m²

Divided into 3 parts of the building;

Steel structure hall with side aisles (14.5 m high) and a central aisle (19 m high);

Manual dismantling of the entire roof structure (approx. 12,000 m²) including interior glazing of the hall section by means of the scaffolding to be supplied (approx. 115,000 m³) LK4-6;

Mechanical dismantling of the 2-storey extensions at the side (approx. 57,000 m³ uR), an extension has a partial basement (Perlickstrasse area);

Clearing and gutting of the extensions and the portico;

Working in contaminated areas (according to DGUV 101-004, TRGS519 and TRGS 521, TRGS505, TRGS551, TRBA500), the suitability in your own company must be proven.

Security work:

Preservation of the outer walls of the portico through a steel profile construction (approx. 105 t HEA160 / 180) and truss foundations (approx. 135 m³ in-situ concrete and 100 m³ balancing stones);

Securing the construction time of the steel trusses (8 pieces) and the trusses to be dismantled (5 pieces) with approx. 22 t of section steel.

Disposal services:

—Ca. 700 t brick ceiling with tar-like build-up ASN 170106 *;

—Ca. 400 t tar-containing roofing felt ASN 170303 *;

—Ca. 150 t stone wood flooring ASN 170106 *;

—Ca. 100 t HWL lightweight ceiling ASN 170802;

—Ca. 500 t wooden structure and formwork of the roof AVI-Holz ASN 170204 *;

—Ca. 10,000 t of building material containing sulfate, layer Z2 ASN 170107.
