This contract concerns a framework agreement for the supply of sterile (active) dressings.
The duration of the agreement is two years, renewable twice by one year and can be terminated annually by the contracting authority, subject to a three-month notice period.
The estimate of the numbers stated in the inventory are the probable quantities for two years. These quantities are therefore purely indicative. They do not bind the participating hospitals in any way. The supplier cannot claim compensation if these probable quantities are not reached.
