Introduction of an appointment management and room management software (BVW)

The Essen system house (ESH) as an in-house facility and IT service provider of the independent city of Essen intends to introduce an appointment management and room management software (BVW) on 01.02.2023 (start of the project).

The appointment allocation in the departments, which has so far been predominantly analogue, is to be converted to a uniform digital form. The focus of the new system is to intelligently combine the three resources necessary for an appointment (employee, customer and available space).
