NRK shall enter into a service contract for an electronic travel log, fleet management and vehicle sharing system. Actual tenderers must submit a tender for the entire enquiry in order to be considered. A contract will only be awarded to 1 tenderer. NRK will continually have approx. 330 vehicles in operation. Normally all of NRK's vehicles will be a part of the contract/system, but there can be individual exceptions. The estimates are not binding. There shall be no minimum or maximum amount for the contract. There can be a major change in the number of vehicles if NRK's routines and guidelines for maintaining vehicles are changed. It could also be relevant to install the system in vehicles that NRK only hires for short or long periods and does not lease or own itself.
