Windesheim wants to enter into an agreement with one contractor for supplying, maintaining and replenishing hot drinks vending machines. The agreement has an initial duration of seven (7) years with the possibility of extending it three times (3) for one (1) year. The assignment is awarded to the Tenderer with the Most Economically Advantageous Tender based on the award criterion best value for money. The intended start date of the assignment is 1 January 2023 (start of implementation July 2022).

The services covered by this tender are:

• Delivery and ready to use the hot beverage vending machines for 5 locations of Windesheim in Zwolle and Almere.

• The daily care and refilling (operating) of the hot beverage vending machines.

• The technical (preventive, correction and curative) maintenance and care of the hot drinks vending machines.

• Supplying all the necessary ingredients.

• Supplying the support products for next to the vending machines.

• Delivery of disposable cups, in line with the guidelines of the national government.

• The collection, disposal and processing of disposable cups.

• Optionally supply the collection agents for disposable cups.

The locations to which this tender relates are:

5. Stadhuisstraat 18, Almere

The Hospitaaldreef 5 location moves to a new location in Almere. This is happening at the earliest in 2025, and it is not yet known whether Stadhuisstraat 18 will also be fully transferred to this new location. This depends on the influx of new students.
