The Contracting Authority requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974. The Labor Code of persons performing the indicated activities related to the execution of the contract: related activities
with the operation of municipal vehicles specially built on truck chassis, suitable for the collection of municipal waste and export to the site of storage, development or disposal.

Before showing off the contract, the Contractor shall submit documents proving the fulfilment of the task requirements, including:
(a) entry in the Register of Regulated Activities (RDR),
(b) entry in the register of waste electrical and electronic equipment collectors,
(c) entry in the BDO,
(d) the authorisation for the collection of waste,
(e) permission for the transport of waste or entry on the register (in accordance with the act
about waste),
(f) contracts with installations for the processing, recovery, disposal and storage of municipal waste,
(g) a liability insurance contract for business activities to the extent specified in this order, for an amount not less than PLN 2.000.000,00 for the duration of the contract.
Before signing the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to verify that the successful tenderer has the efficient equipment shown in the OPZ and whether it is prepared for the execution of the contract during the period specified by the model of the contract.
