The state capital Potsdam and the development agencies Potsdam GmbH as their trustee as well as the energy and
Wasser Potsdam GmbH intend to develop the approximately 140 hectare former barracks site
Krampnitz in several construction phases. In the 3rd phase of construction, the new development of the southwestern historic barracks area
is planned. The 3rd BA is divided into several awarding units. Subject of this tender document
is the allocation unit 10. It comprises the main development work in planned roads 2.3, 3.1 and O.
These include in particular:
- road construction with the creation of an intermediate state of the surface fortifications and the infiltration plants
for draining traffic areas,
- civil engineering and pipeline construction in the areas of rainwater, waste water, drinking water, district heating,
- the provisional connection for the connection to the L 92/Ketziner Straße.
