1.The object of the order is to clean and clean the beaches and yacht marina located in Gdynia, with a total length of approximately 10 km, excluding places of business by third parties.

2.A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall include the Description of the Order Subject (OPZ), constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

2. Services apply to the following beaches and areas:

1) (District A) Babie Doły Beach (from entrance no. 1 to entry 3), beach area — 24.775 m2, green areas — 61.229 m2 - according to the map set out in Annex 24 SWZ,

2) (District B) Oksywie Beach (from entry 3 to entry No. 5), beach area — 10.000 m2, green areas — 11.014 m2 - according to the map set out in Annex 29 SWZ,

3) (Division C):

(a) Downtown Beach (from entry 6 to entry 11) including playground, sanitary building for the lifeguard and wooden corpses; beach area — 40.500 m2, green area — 5.311 m2 — according to maps forming annexes 14 to 16 SWZ, and External Gym Boulevard Nadmorskie — 162 m2,

(b) yacht marina; marina area 10.320 m2, water body area 37.000 m2 - according to the map set out in Annex 31 SWZ,

(c) the site located on the Nadmorski Boulevard, within Gdynia no 0026 Śródmieście, plot 3041 (previously KM 134 within Gdynia plot no 129/1) with a total area of 1.426 m² - according to the map set out in Annex 32 SWZ,

4) (D District) Redłowo Beach - Swimming Strzeżone (from entry No. 11 to 12), beach area 13.332 m2, green area area 2.550 m2 — according to the maps forming annexes No. 16-19 to SWZ,

5) (District E) Beach From the Concrete Band to the Redłowski promontory (from entry 13 to entry 14), beach area — 15.119 m2, green areas — 5.139 m2 — according to maps constituting annexes n° 19-20 to SWZ,

6) (F District) Beach From the Redlovski Promontory to the Mola in Orlov (from entry 15 to entry 16), beach area — 6.528m2, green areas — 6.352 m2 — according to maps annexed 21 to the SWZ,

7) (District G) Beach From Mola in Orlov with the entrance to the beach at Przebendowskie Street (from entry 16 to 18), beach area — 8.894m2, green areas — 6.846 m2 — according to maps forming annexes No. 23-24 to SWZ,

8) (H District) Beach From the entrance from the Kolibek to the Sopot Administrative Border (from entry 18 to 20), beach area — 31.959 m2, green space — 19.866 m2 — according to the maps constituting annexes No. 25-28 to SWZ,

within the limits set out in Annex 13 to the SWZ 'Boundaries of beaches and areas covered by cleansing'.

Together, the area of beaches from Babich Dołów to the administrative border of Sopot is about 151.107 m2, a yacht marina located in Gdynia on John Paul II 13 A Avenue (hereinafter referred to as “Marina”) 10.320 m2, a water body of Marina 37.000 m2, and other areas i.e. green areas, escarpments, stones, stairs, etc.— approx. 119.333 m2. Total cleansing area — approx. 317.960 m2.
