UKA_Austausch cardiac catheterization 2

RWTH Aachen University Hospital is planning to replace a large-scale angiography device in one of the cardiac catheterization laboratories, cardiac catheter 2, in the main building.

The biplane large-scale equipment system is to be replaced by a new biplane system for the Department of Medicine 1/Cardiology with integration of pediatric cardiology and electrophysiology in the same room; the replacement of the equipment requires, among other things, structural and technical adjustments, e.g. in the control room and in technical rooms.

The reason for the exchange is the imminent "End of Service/Life" for the existing Angio plant.

The subject of this VgV award procedure is the planning services required for the following services:

"Object planning building" according to §34 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI 2021 in LPH 1 - 3 and 5 - 7,

plus special services

-Lot 1 "Object planning of buildings" according to §34 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI 2021 in LPH 1 - 3 and 5 - 7, plus special services

- Lot 2 "Specialist planning of technical equipment" according to §55 in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI 2021 in LPH 1 - 3 and 5 - 8 for ALG 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8, plus special services

- Lot 3 "Specialist planning of technical equipment" in accordance with §55 in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI 2021 in LPH 1 - 3 and 5 - 8 for ALG 4 and 5, plus special services

- Structural adaptations to the requirements of the large-scale device / mediz. Equipment (e.g. adaptations of the existing steel substructure of the heavy-duty ceiling, if necessary planning of further UK"s, load balancing plates for the floor-standing fastening of the C-arm)

- Complete furnishing planning, planning of cabinet systems to accommodate equipment and medicine. Material/integration of user equipment, documentation desks, etc.

- Partial demolition/dismantling planning and reconstruction

- Remediation of pollutants, construction site equipment

- Upgrading radiation protection according to requirements

- Logistics, construction sequencing

- elimination of fire safety deficiencies; Wall qualities must be taken into account

E.g. for ALG 1 sewage, water and gas systems (here: sanitary)

- Sanitary: Probably replacement of the washbasin in the control room

- Checking the possibility of continuing to use the washbasin during the construction site / temporary alternative if necessary

E.g. for ALG 2 heating/cooling supply (here: cooling)

- Testing and, if necessary, cooling supply according to requirements from ALG 3 or .dem demand (heat load calculation e.g.)

- Connecting cables for mediz. Device (refrigeration unit)

E.g. for the ALG 3 ventilation systems

- Testing and, if necessary, adapting to the requirements of the ventilation and air-conditioning system (room air class 2 remains, ventilation already renovated in electronic mode, if necessary change of exhaust air, supply air/filter new settings,..)

- Wärmelastberechnung

- If necessary, cable relocations (especially on the installation floor floor 4)

E.g. for ALG 7 use-specific systems (here: medical gas supply)

- Testing and adaptation of the medical gas supply (dismantling/relocation/reconstruction)

- Adapt/plan oxygen, compressed air, vacuum, anesthetic gas extraction from floor 4 for the need for new media supply rails and ceiling supply units of the large equipment manufacturer

- Installation of new area control units in the corridor wall to corridor B and possibly also for the adjacent MRI

- If necessary, relocation of cables, especially on the installation floor 4 / route planning

- Dismantling of old fault message boxes N3 and reconstruction/reconnection in new electrical panel (ALG 4) in the control room

E.g. for ALG 8 building automation and automation

- Messages according to the needs of the individual trades (if necessary, refrigerators/freezers to be monitored, medical gases, electrical distributions, large appliances, ventilation technology, etc.).

- Planning / implementation of a new control cabinet likely

E.g. for the ALG 4 high-voltage systems

- Testing and adaptation according to requirements (e.g. room group 2)

- Dismantling and renewal of electrical wiring, separation of electrical room groups and new UVs and X-ray UVs.

- Trassenplanung

- Lighting, media supply units, data, power current, multimedia, insulation monitoring

- Checking the existing UPS for the uninterruptible power supply on floor -3 for the requirements in HK 2

E.g. for ALG 5 telecommunications and information technology systems (here: IT communications engineering, no fire alarm system)

- Testing and adaptation according to requirements, renewal of data cabling and connection to EDP distributors in existing buildings

- Check the nurse call from stock, adjust it if necessary
