1. The object of the order is:
1.1. Receipt and development of mixed municipal waste from the owners of the property on which residents reside, located in the area of the Municipality of Szubin in an amount of approximately 22700 Mg;
1.2. Receipt and development of segregated municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located within the Municipality of Szubin is estimated to be approximately 10171 Mg;
1.3. Receipt and development of segregated municipal waste from PSZOK, from the owners of the property on which the residents reside, located within the town of Shubin, is estimated to be approximately 8548.40 Mg.
1. The subject of the order is:
1.1. Receipt and development of mixed municipal waste from the owners of the property on which residents reside, located in the area of the Municipality of Szubin in an amount of approximately 22700 Mg;
1.2. Receipt and development of segregated municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located within the Municipality of Szubin is estimated to be approximately 10171 Mg;
1.3. Receipt and development of segregated municipal waste from PSZOK, from the owners of the property on which the residents reside, located within the town of Shubin, is estimated to be approximately 8548.40 Mg.
1.4. Requirements related to the execution of the employment contract by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of the persons performing the contract performance indicated by the Contracting Authority, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner specified in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320) cover the following types of activities:
a. Driving vehicles used for the collection and transport of municipal waste (drivers);
b. The operation of vehicles used for the collection and transport of municipal waste in the field of emptying containers (cleaners);
c. administrative service (office) including: invoicing, working time billing, issuing waste handover cards, BDO database support.
