The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of bus parts. The bus parts supplied must be brand new, of good quality, undamaged, they must not have hidden defects. Deliveries of remanufactured or assembled parts with remanufactured parts shall not be permitted. Supplied parts and items of vehicle equipment related to the safety of their use and environmental protection specified in Annex 3 to the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, as amended) must meet one of the conditions set out in § 10 of the above-mentioned regulation.
