1.1. The subject of the order is the booking, sale and delivery of air tickets for passenger transport on international routes for senators, employees of the Senate Chancellery, persons delegated by the Chancellery of the Senate and other non-employees, accompanying delegations on foreign trips and for foreign guests of the ordering party coming to Poland. Tickets should be delivered electronically or to the contracting authority's headquarters at ul. Wiejska 6/8 in Warsaw, POLAND, or to other places indicated by the contracting authority.

The international routes also include national sections specified in the international travel ticket, covering - both ways - a route from any domestic airport to the international airport, which is the beginning of an international journey.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR - description of the subject of the contract with an attachment.

Tickets should be delivered electronically or to the contracting authority's headquarters at ul. Wiejska 6/8, in Warsaw, POLAND, or to other places indicated by the contracting authority.

2. The international routes also include the national sections specified in the international travel ticket, covering - both ways - a route from any domestic airport to the international airport, which is the beginning of the international journey.

3. The basis for the sale of airline tickets is the submission of a written order to the e-mail address by the customer.

4. The Contractor is obliged to search for the best connections, make reservations and sell airline tickets, in accordance with the order placed by the contracting authority. The contractor is obliged to exercise the utmost care when performing the subject of the contract.

5. The Employer reserves the right to make a reservation by the contractor of a passenger ticket for air transport, after submitting variants of at least 3 alternative air connections in the selected direction, taking into account the best ticket price, promotion, route length, travel time, as well as connections offered by the so-called "cheap airlines. The contractor, when making the reservation, will provide the route, class, tariff, tariff code, ticket price according to the carrier's tariff, applied percentage discount granted by the contractor to the contracting authority, additional fees, e.g. airport, fuel, baggage, etc., gross transaction price and final price ticket.

6. Flights should be operated by carriers associated in IATA, and at the request of the Chancellery of the Senate by other air carriers - not affiliated to IATA. The contractor will provide the most economically and financially advantageous connections, both in relation to specific routes and airlines, efficient operation when making reservations and selling tickets, as well as making changes in this respect.

7. Details regarding the subject of the order are included in Annex 1 to the ToR - description of the subject of the contract with an attachment.

The Purchaser also informs that:

1. the encrypted offer should be submitted in Polish in the original, signed by a qualified electronic signature. The Purchaser does not allow submitting a scan of the offer with a qualified electronic signature;

2. the maximum size of files sent via dedicated forms is 150 MB. It is allowed to submit an offer in the doc, docx format;

3. the procedure identifier and public key of the procedure will be available on the list of all proceedings on the miniPortal and will constitute an attachment to the ToR;

4. an offer with attachments should be submitted using a dedicated 'form for submitting, changing, withdrawing an offer or application' available on e-PUAP and also available on the miniPortal until 7.1.2010, by 24:00;

5. the prepared offer should be encrypted. Encryption is described in Chapter V, point V.2. instructions for using the miniPortal. Details on using the miniPortal are available at https://miniportal.uzp.gov.pl. The public key necessary for the contractor to encrypt the offer is available on the miniPortal. The contractor will provide the ePUAP mailbox address on which the correspondence related to the procedure will be carried out in the bid form.
