The present contract concerns the supply of polyethylene bags for the selective collection of the PMD fraction (plastic packaging, metal packaging and beverage cartons) (hereinafter the "PMD bags") (hereinafter the "Contract"). This selective collection takes place within the framework of a Fost Plus project with a view to the application of the cooperation agreement of 4 November 2008 on the prevention and management of packaging waste (hereinafter the "Cooperation Agreement").

The purpose of this contract is to establish a contract for the supply of polyethylene bags for the door-to-door collection of the PMD fraction of household waste during the period 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2024, tacitly renewable for one year, with a presumed annual quantity of 4,750,000 of the 60-litre type (in rolls of 20 bags, equipped with a white coloured drawstring). The PMD bags are produced uniformly, without printing a municipality name, but with the ILvA logo printed on them. This assignment consists of 2 headings (heading 2 = 120-litre type, in rolls of 10 bags, with a closing ribbon). The second item is a quotation for a 120-litre type with white ribbon for the school project, but ILvA does not guarantee a minimum order for this.
