1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of food products to the Lipno Hospital Sp. z o.o. in Lipno, divided into the following packages: Package No. 1 – Dairy products Package No. 2 – Groceries Package No. 3 – Cold Meats Package No. 4 – Chicken eggs

2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract shall include

Appendix No. 2 and Appendix No. 4.1-4.4 to this Terms of Reference, constituting an integral part thereof.

3. The Contracting Authority permits the possibility of submitting partial tenders.

4. Deliveries will be made on the basis of orders placed in electronic or telephone form, after the day of placing the order by the Ordering Party (on working days from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.): Package No. 1: delivery twice a week from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Monday, Thursday). Dot. Package No. 2: delivery once a week from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Wednesday). Dot. Package 3: delivery three times a week from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). Dot. Package No. 4: delivery once a week from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Tuesday).
