The contract covers the technical planning services of the technical building equipment according to § 55HOAI (sewage, water or gas plants / heat supply plants / air technical plants / power plants / telecommunications and information technology plants / bathing facilities / building automation) for the new building of the sport bath in Delitzsch.

The large district town Delitzsch plans the new construction of the sport bath with the following room program (key data):

- 25.00 m pool with 5 lanes, water depth 1.25 to 2.00 m, one-sided launching base,

- Course and instructional swimming pool 10.00 x 12.50 m with lifting floor, water depth 0.40 to 1.80 m,

- Parental area with children's pool (water area around 30 square meters, water depth 0.00 m to 0.30 m),

- Corresponding adjunct room program according to KOK,

- Multifunctional outdoor pool with around 400 square meters of water surface, with 3 integrated swimming lanes 25.0 mx 2.00 m, water depth 1.30 m; remaining pool surface as an individual recreational water landscape with water attractions,

- Parental area in the outdoor area with children's pool (around 70 square meters of water surface) and water play garden,

- summer box office for outdoor use,

- Optional: sauna facility with indoor and outdoor connected to the infrastructure of the bath (no separate sauna clothing).

The cost framework for the new construction of the sports bath with sauna in Delitzsch amounts to approx. EUR 15.5 million (cost groups 200-700 according to DIN 276) including VAT.
