Supervising the design and implementation of works and managing the Contract entitled: Design and extension of the S19 expressway on the section Sokołów Młp. Północ junction (without junction) - Jasionka junction (without junction), length approx. 15 km - stage II (extension of the second carriageway)

The limited number of marks in point II.1.1) prevents the full name of the contract, therefore the name of the contract is given in point. II.1.4).

The Service includes the Performance by the Consultant of duties in accordance with the Agreement based on the Terms of the Contract of the investment task, in particular:

• supervising the design, verification of design documentation, its completeness, cross-compliance, verification of the results of control calculations in order to find possible errors,

• management, investor supervision and control over the implementation of works until the date of issuing the Final Payment Certificate,

• conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this area with GDDKiA services,

• fulfilling reporting obligations resulting from EU procedures and cooperation in this area with GDDKiA services,

• fulfilling the obligations arising from the procedures contained in the applicable requirements / guidelines for investments co-financed from EU funds and the procedures of the beneficiary of Projects implemented from EU funds.

• providing investor supervision over the implementation of construction works and participation in Warranty Reviews and supervising the removal of any defects / defects found in warranty inspections, under the concluded Contract;

• performing tasks taking into account the requirements and guidelines for tasks co-financed from the European Union

• supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project.

• supervising design works and works in the scope of Additional Tasks necessary to perform the Project resulting from the implementation of the Contract granted on the basis of the Public Procurement Law.

• constant monitoring, conducting and settling matters related to the proper performance by individual Contractors, Contractor's documents and construction works at the junction of neighboring Contracts and close cooperation with Consultant's Teams supervising neighboring investments, as a result of which the Consultant will be obliged to work out the principles and manner of proper execution of the Contractor's documents and construction works.
