1) All the goods offered shall be of first grade, factory new and defect free and have original packaging of the manufacturer bearing the labels identifying the product concerned.
2) The Contractor must ensure at his expense the loading, transport and unloading of the delivered goods and lodging in the place indicated by the Contracting Authority.
3. Fixtures shall be selected in accordance with the Energy Audit of Street Lighting (Annex No 2), the detailed requirements (Annex No 1) and the reference calculations (Annex 3 and 4).
4) The supplied fixtures should be marked in a way that allows easy identification - what street the fixture is intended for (destination) to avoid mounting errors and whether the batch of fixtures will be intended for installation on poles belonging to the Municipality of Międzyzdroje or ENEA S.A. .
5) The color of the luminaires should be selected for the colors of the poles on which to be applied, in the case of concrete poles to the boom color. Before placing an order, it is necessary to verify the colour scheme of the fixtures for each street with audit and in the field and final submission for acceptance to the Ordering Party.
6) On the property of the municipality, the exchange is subject only to fixtures of the old type (489 out of 699 being in the stock of Miedzyzdroje Municipality.
The luminaires in the Municipality and ENEA S.A. resource not to be replaced are listed in the SWZ
The fixtures described in this table are not replaceable! Sum 300 pcs.
7) The Contractor should make an inspection of the mounting sites for possible need for additional mounting adapters (an existing high-angle boom posing a risk of blinding or misdirecting the light flux) using the offered fixtures - if there is such a necessity to be included in the offer (delivery of adapters).
8) In case of dismantling of the fixture, in order to make the service the Contractor should provide a replacement fixture on time to maintain the continuity of the operation of the street lighting.
9) When selecting park fixtures, you should try to adjust the stylistics to those previously used - does not apply to ball fixtures, which must be replaced by other fixtures that fit into the aesthetics of the particular street, fit in appearance to the existing pole on which they will be mounted ( another solution should be proposed to reduce unnecessary light emission towards the sky).
10) To allow future development of lighting system in fixtures should be used NEMA Socket 7 pin sockets (ANSI standard C136.41) blinded or Zhaga
