VDAB wishes to conclude a framework agreement with (if possible) several contractors per plot, whereby each assignment will be placed on the basis of a mini-competition.

The entire assignment consists of 2 plots. The candidate decides for himself how many lots will be registered (one lot or both lots), by indicating this in the application form for participation (Annex 1).

Please note: a request for participation must be submitted per plot.

The contract is subdivided into the following lots:

Lot 1: Sustainable gifts at life milestones

This plot includes sustainable articles that have to do with illness, death and milestones, among other things. Think of: flowers, local products, fruit baskets, wine bottles, gift vouchers, ...

Lot 2: Sustainable promotional gifts

This plot includes sustainable promotional gifts for VDAB employees as well as external parties and partners.

Think of: Tote bags, lanyards, travel mug, mug, USB sticks and hubs, pens, drinking bottles, bread boxes, flags, notepads (text erasable), sweets and cookies, healthy snacks, latest trendy gadgets, ...
