The subject of the contract is: Granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 8,000,000.00 (eight million zlotys 00/100) to finance the planned deficit of the municipal budget, in accordance with Resolution No. LXIV/479/2023 of the Rzekuń Commune Council of May 29, 2023

The subject of the contract is: Granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 8,000,000.00 (eight million zlotys 00/100) to finance the planned deficit of the municipal budget, in accordance with Resolution No. LXIV/479/2023 of the Rzekuń Commune Council of May 29, 2023.

1. The funds shall be made available on the basis of the Ordering Party's orders in tranches

and deadlines set by the Ordering Party. The contracting authority will submit written applications

for the release of the loan tranche two days before the starting date.

2. The loan will be taken and repaid in Polish zlotys (PLN), and in the event of Polish entering the EURO zone, the loan will be converted without additional fees.
