Swan Housing Association Limited has procured Grounds Maintenance Contracts for the provision of a range of grounds maintenance services to properties managed by Swan. The services to be provided under the Contracts include:

Grass cutting;

Shrubs, flower beds, boarders, planters and hedges;

Hard standing car parks, estate roads and pedestrian walkways;

Trees;

Any other related works or services.

There are four Contract Lots. Each Contract Lot covers a different geographic region. These Contract Lots are set out in section V of this Notice

It is envisaged that the Contracts will last for an initial period of 3 years, with up to two 1 yearly extensions at Swans sole discretion, giving a total potential term of 5 years.
