Total contractor services The service consists of:
- A 4-storey modular office building on a reinforced concrete floor slab and a gross floor area of 2475 m
- The new building will be an extension to a modular building completed in 2019, the qualities, facade and floor heights of which will be adopted. The building has a stairwell and elevator, the second escape route is secured via the existing building;
- The building thus represents an extension of the existing building without being perceived as such.
Building construction:
- Outer shell with flat roof, band windows and ventilated plate facade with external sun protection;
- offices and corridors with carpeting, glass doors and partial glass system walls;
- Cast stone in stairwells and entrance areas;
- Tea kitchens as fixed, space-building extensions.
Technical building equipment:
- Media connections are taken over by the completed modular construction, capacities available;
- underfloor heating;
- Ventilation system with heat recovery for toilet rooms;
- LED lighting;
- MCR technology with expansion of the building management system;
The customer creates the outdoor facilities separately.
The client also furnishes the office space.
