The purpose of this works contract is the construction of a secondary education teaching building with a design that responds to criteria of universal accessibility, sustainability, both in terms of materials used and their maintenance, with spaces that favor interpersonal relationships of the set of users of the building and its relationship with the physical and human environment, looking for the execution of the work to generate the least possible negative impact on the environment where the new IES of 18 units will be located (12 ESO classrooms + 6 Bachelor classrooms + Sports Track) in Fresneda, Siero.
