The subject of this contract is the provision of transport services in public bus traction in the commune of the city of Elbląg and neighboring communes with which an agreement was concluded for the joint implementation of public collective transport in the period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2027, according to timetable developed by the Employer. The subject of the order was divided into two parts - hereinafter referred to as packages:

I. package no. 1: includes transport services on bus lines with an estimated total number of 1,000,000 wzkm per year, in total 7,000,000 wzkm throughout the duration of the contract;

II. Package No. 2: covers transport services on bus lines with an estimated total number of 1,200,000 wzkm per year, a total of 8,400,000 wzkm throughout the duration of the contract. The contractor may submit an offer for one package only. At the same time, the Employer indicates that if the content of the ToR does not clearly indicate that the given provision of the ToR applies only to package No. 1 or ...

The subject of the contract includes the provision of paid transport services for regular passenger transport on communication lines within the municipality of the city of Elbląg and the municipalities with which an appropriate agreement has been concluded. The number of buses, the number of vehicle kilometers - are presented in Annex 4 to the ToR. Timetables will be forwarded to the Contractor 45 days before the start of the contract. The estimated material scope of the subject of the contract, expressed in vehicle-kilometers, excluding entries and exits, is:

1. in the period from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2021 - approx. 1,000 thousand wzkm;

2. in total in the period from 01.2021 to 31.12.2027 - approx. 7,000 thous. wzkm.

1. in the period from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2021 - approx. 1,200 thousand wzkm;

2. in total in the period from 1/1/2021 to 31/12/2027 - approx. 8,400 thous. wzkm.
