The Contracting Authority wishes to contract one Contractor for the supply of paper. The Contracting Authority intends to contract one suitable supplier for the supply of paper (blank and colour). Contracting authority wishes to achieve this objective by means of a European tender according to an open procedure, where the 'tender with the lowest price' is the starting point.

The scope of the assignment consists of providing copy paper and colored paper for practice, secondary and special education. The Contracting Authority wishes to place the orders electronically / by telephone / by e-mail. Each location must be able to order independently and orders are also delivered to every location.

This tender is aimed at the supply of paper during the term of the Agreement.

The Contracting Authority has formulated the following overall objectives:

• Delivery of paper at market-based, fair rates based on transparency;

• Optimization of purchasing and the process of purchasing (ordering);

• The highest possible delivery reliability;

• School-oriented approach and implementation.

The scope of the tender consists of, but is not limited to, the following types of paper:

• White A4 75 gram/m2;

• White A4 in A3 80 gram/m2;

• White A4 120 gram/m2;

• Colour A4 and A3 80 grams/m2;

• Colour A4 120 grams/m2;

• Colour A3 160 grams/m2.
