Framework for the provision of privately owned short-term furnished rental accommodation, for use as Emergency Accommodation for vulnerable Households (including those who are Homeless) through a Spot/Advance Purchase or Block Booking arrangement, with payment based on a Nightly Rate. Herein, this is referred to within this specification as Nightly Paid Emergency Accommodation (NPEA).

This framework is split into two Lots:

Lot 1 - Provision for Families with/without dependent children and pregnant females/couples.

Lot 2 - Provision for Single people and couples with no dependent children.

Total value of the framework is £6,461,560.
