The purpose of this competitive dialogue is to support the CNOSF in the media coverage of French sports, particularly for dissemination and even production:

- live, deferred or post-production sporting events, including multisports under the auspices of the International Olympic Committee,

- magazines to highlight the diversity of sports practices as well as societal topics,

- debates programs highlighting the actors of French sport and its universe,

- general sports-related broadcasts.

The broadcast must be made within the framework of a chain (or a set of channels) predominantly sports.

The CNOSF reserves the right to broadcast more broadly and freely the programs produced to any operator, public or private, television or digital.

The expected services are defined in the functional program annexed to this document.
