Purchase and delivery of specialized software divided into parts

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of specialized software in accordance with individual parts. The order is divided into XII parts.

A graphics software package for vector art, photo editing, and bitmap image routing

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of specialized software - A package of graphic software for creating vector graphics, photo editing and routing bitmap images; Number – license(s) for 7 workstations.

2. The description of the subject of the contract (in short: OPZ) constitutes Annex 3 to SWZ/Appendix No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract. The technical/functional parameters specified in the OPZ constitute the minimum requirements of the Contracting Authority to be met by the subject of the contract provided by the Contractor.

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of specialized software - Software package for creating, editing, signing and sharing PDF documents for Teams - Subscription for 1 year; Number – license(s) for 13 seats.

Photo editing and photo management and cataloging software for Teams - 1-year subscription

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of specialized software - Software for editing and processing photos as well as photo management and cataloguing for Teams - Subscription for 1 year; Quantity - license/licenses for 3 seats.

3. The designed provisions of the Agreement on the above public procurement to be entered into the contents of the contract are set out in Annex No 2 to the SWZ.

5. The contract shall be part-financed by the European Union:

- from the European Social Fund under Priority Axis XIII Technical Assistance, Measure 13.1 of the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship for 2014-2020;

- under Priority XIII European Funds for Technical Assistance FST-FE SL 2021-2027;

- from the LIFE Programme of the European Union as part of the integrated project LIFE "Śląskie. We're bringing back the blue." Comprehensive implementation of the Air Quality Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship (LIFE20 IPE/PL/000007 - LIFE-IP AQP-SILESIAN-SKY).

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of specialized software - Graphic design software - Subscription for 1 year; Number - 4 licenses for 4 Teams of 5 people.

3. The designed provisions of the Agreement on the above public procurement to be entered into the contents of the contract are set out in Annex No 2 to the SWZ.

5. The contract shall be part-financed by the European Union:

- from the European Social Fund under Priority Axis XIII Technical Assistance, Measure 13.1 of the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship for 2014-2020;

- under Priority XIII European Funds for Technical Assistance FST-FE SL 2021-2027;
