Within the framework of its execution, this contract includes an obligation to promote employment and people encountering particular difficulties in professional integration. This clause constitutes a condition of performance of the contract for the holder. The current holder is subject to the national collective agreement for waste activities which requires the candidate to take over at least non-managerial staff, including supervisors, previously assigned to the market concerned.

The purpose of this market is the sweeping and cleaning of public spaces (streets, sidewalks, squares, green spaces ...) in the Municipality of Seyssinet-Pariset. A service is due every day from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for the duration of the contract. There will be no cleaning services on Wednesday morning, but only on Wednesday afternoons, according to the plans annexed to this CCTP.

The purpose of this contract is the sweeping and cleaning of public spaces (public parks) in the Municipality of Seyssinet-Pariset. A service is due once a week, for the sectors referenced in the plans annexed to this CCPT, squares 1 to 9, for the duration of the contract. The intervention days will be defined by the technical services of the Municipality of Seyssinet-Pariset. The intervention hours are fixed from 7 am to 12 pm.
