Task 1: Plantings carried out under the Participatory Budget No. 1497 "Green Axis Ursynów - new park"

Task 2. Plantings carried out under the Civic Budget No. 1261 "Tree plantings in the Ursynów District"

Task 3. Plantings carried out under the Planting Plan for 2023

The subject of the contract is the delivery and execution of plantings of shrubs and herbaceous plants in the Ursynów District in accordance with Annex 3 to the Draft provisions of the contract, with a detailed description of the subject of the contract specified by:

Detailed description and technical standards of the performance of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1a to the SWZ;

Draft provisions of the agreement - Annex 7a to the SWZ;

Price form – Annex 2a to SWZ;

The subject of the contract is the delivery and execution of tree plantings in the Ursynów District in accordance with Annex 1 and 2 to OPZ, with a detailed description of the subject of the contract specified by:

Detailed description and technical standards of the performance of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1b to the SWZ;

Draft provisions of the agreement - Annex 7b to the SWZ;

Price form – Annex 2b to SWZ;

The subject of the contract is the delivery and execution of plantings of trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants in the Ursynów District in accordance with Annex 1-8 to OPZ, where the detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified by:

Detailed description and technical standards of the performance of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1c to the SWZ;
