This procedure is intended to award property planning services for the construction project Cooperative Control Centre of the Berlin Police and the Berlin Fire Brigade, or "KLST" for short. The verified construction document is available. The effectiveness and efficiency of the emergency call control centres of the Berlin police and the Berlin fire brigade are to be increased. The overall project consists of a new building and a new building as an extension as well as a renovation of a building.

The following 3 sub-projects are derived from the construction planning documents for the overall project:

SP1 - New construction and conversion of an operations control and situation center of the Berlin police and Berlin fire brigade on the premises of the police, Gallwitzallee 87-95 in 12249 Berlin

SP2 - Extension of an alternative control center of the Berlin police on the premises of the fire department, Nikolaus- Groß-Weg 2 in 13627 Berlin

SP3 - Renovation of the existing building on the premises of the fire department, Nikolaus- Groß-Weg 2 in 13627 Berlin
