The scope of the order for each part includes:

a) collection of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and its delivery to the Municipal Installation (IK),

b) collection of municipal waste collected in a selective manner, in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the city of Siedlce in force during the term of the contract and the resolution on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a fee for municipal waste management paid by property owners,

c) management (recovery and disposal) of collected municipal waste, in accordance with

with the guidelines adopted in the law

d) equipping the property with appropriate quantities of bags and containers for the collection of waste of particular types appropriate for the implementation of the subject of the contract,

e) maintenance of waste collection containers in an appropriate orderly, technical and sanitary condition (disinfection, disinfestation and technical repairs of containers),

f) handling notifications and complaints related to the implementation of the subject of the contract and orders for services.

If the Contractor performs the subject of the contract with the help of subcontractors, the Contractor's obligations specified in the OPZ also apply to subcontractors, which should be provided for in the contract concluded between the Contractor and the subcontractor.
