In Ludwigsburg, a disposal building with student workplaces, lecture, seminar and office spaces and, at a later date, a seminar building with a refectory are to be built on the construction site of the old sports hall and the area to the west of the Reuteallee university complex.
The disposal building is to be developed as a highly flexible building. Central design topics are therefore an adaptable floor plan with versatile room layouts.
The space program for the disposal building to be realized as part of this measure comprises a total usable area of approx. 4,800 m
These essentially consist of 2,000 m
Sustainability certification of the construction project using the Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB) is planned. A certificate in BNB silver is sought.
Quality goal:
The building should meet the requirements for economy, flexibility, functionality, design and sustainability in an exemplary manner. The goal is to reduce the life cycle costs of the building.
Cost target
Funds of max. 19,000,000 EUR (gross) cost groups 300 + 400 according to DIN 276-1: 2008-12 provided.
Date goal
Completion IV quarter 2025.
Specialist planning services in accordance with Part 4 Section 1 of the HOAI for the construction of a disposition building with student workplaces, listening, seminar and office rooms, service phases 2-6 as well as the special services of service phases 2 to 5 and 8 (in gradual assignment).
