The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new compactor intended for cleaving, crushing and compacting municipal waste, including bulky and constructional waste, at a municipal waste landfill located in the Regional Municipal Waste Treatment Plant in Machnaczu, gm. Brest Kujawski.

The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new compactor intended for cleaving, crushing and compacting municipal waste, including bulky and constructional waste, at a municipal waste landfill located in the Regional Municipal Waste Treatment Plant in Machnaczu, gm. Brest Kujawski.

2. The machine from the year 2019.

3. The machine can not be a prototype and should come from serial production.

4. Complete machine on compaction wheels with mounted shares for pushing waste.

5. Detailed technical parameters of the machine are specified in chap. III point 2 SIWZ.

6. The Contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee for a period of 24 months or 3 000 MTh (whichever occurs earlier), counted from the date of fault-free receipt of the machine, confirmed by a delivery and acceptance protocol signed by representatives of both parties to the contract.

7. During the warranty period, the Contractor shall provide free periodic inspections of the machine performed by an authorized service center in accordance with the inspection schedule provided by the machine manufacturer. As part of the inspections, the Contractor shall bear all costs related to their performance, in particular: travel costs to RZUOK in Machnacz, costs of replacement / supplementation of materials, liquids, lubricants.

8. The Contractor is obliged to provide authorized warranty and post-warranty service located within the territory of Poland, reacting within 48 hours (the reaction time should be considered the arrival of the service to the equipment) counted from the date of receiving a written notification of the failure, sent by e-mail or fax.

9. The Contractor guarantees that the machine being the subject of the order is free from structural, material, executive and legal defects.

10. The Contractor assures that on the day of delivery he will train free designated employees in the use, operation, maintenance and operation of the delivered machine.

11. The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the order at his own cost to the Regional Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Machnacz, gm. Brześć Kujawski, Machnacz 41a, POLAND.

12. With the delivery of the machine, the supplier will provide the required documents:

- CE conformity certificate,

- machine operation manual, DTR in Polish,

- spare parts catalogue,

- terms of warranty and post-warranty service,

- schedule of inspections during the warranty period.
