Oslo municipality c/o the Education Department, hereafter called the awarding authority, invite companies to an open competition for a framework agreement for pupil transport for all schools located in Oslo.

The Education Department has organised the primary and secondary schools into six school groups, school groups A-F. The school groups are divided up geographically according to the district borders, with two or several districts within 1 school group. The competition is for pupil transport in each of the school groups.

The contract is for the transport of pupils between their homes and school. There is a need for transport of pupils by permanent transport, i.e. that the pupil is transported all school days and pupils with temporary transport, i.e. that the pupil is granted transport for a certain period. The service provider must have the capacity for an incerase in the transport of 5-20 % mainly in the winter months November - April. The transport need is divided into the categories ordinary transport, special transport and escort transport. One school has a need for transport in redeveloped vehicles. The categories are described in more detail in the specifications annex 1.
