The subject of the procurement are specialist planning services for the technical equipment of a new building at the Asklepios Klinik St. Georg in Hamburg. The order relates to the specialist planning of system groups 1-8 in accordance with Section 53 (2) HOAI 2013 excluding the services for medical technology systems (part of Annex Group 7). Significant parts of the basic services of service phases 2-8 are commissioned in accordance with Sections 8, 55, Appendix 15.1 HOAI 2013.

The new building is to house a reprocessing unit for medical devices on a base floor. Fast-track operating theaters and ENT functional diagnostics are to be accommodated on the ground floor. The 1st floor is intended for an intensive care unit. The building is to receive a partial basement for technical rooms. It must be planned so that it can be increased / expanded if necessary. Realization is expected to take place between mid-2021 and mid-2023.
