1) Mixed bread in the amount of 133 308.00 kg, (about 630 -1260 pcs. per day); mixed bread, produced from rye and wheat flour and other raw materials specified in the recipe; weight 1 pc. 0.40 kg (weight tolerance +/- 5g) in the shape "from the basket" or "mold"; cut – slice thickness 1 – 1.3 cm; packed in plastic bags; marked with labels or bands with imprint containing the data required by food law and the current expiry date; Bread should be packed in returnable openwork containers from 15 pieces. 2) Wholemeal bread in the amount of 6 330.00 kg, (about 25 - 50 pcs. per day); a variety of bread baked according to a specific recipe from rye flour or mixed wholemeal flour, containing coarse ground grains (shells) and a greater amount of fiber and minerals; weight 1 pc. 0.40 kg (weight tolerance +/- 5g) in the shape "from the mold"; cut – slice thickness 1 – 1.3 cm; packed in plastic bags; marked with labels or bands with imprint containing the data required by food law and the current expiry date; Bread should be packed in returnable openwork containers from 15 pieces. 3) Kaiser roll – in the amount of 2 268 kg, (about 1300 pcs. at a time); weight 1 pc. 0.050 kg (weight tolerance +/- 5g); Rolls should be packed loose in returnable openwork containers of 50 pieces. 4) Breadcrumbs in the amount of 600 kg
