Halden municipality (hereafter called the Contracting Authority), wants tenders on banking services to Halden municipality.

The invitation to tender applies to the provision of banking services to the Contracting Authority.

The invitation to tender applies to the products/services listed in the Price form and related products, and are primarily as follows:

Account organisation/corporate account system

Drawing rights

Business terminal system/payment transactions

Card terminal(s)

Cash management - Bank deposits

Consultancy competence.

Other associated services, cf. Price sheet

The Contracting Authority shall be able to call in consultancy services, financing solutions and placement of surplus liquidity and loans from other than contractual partners.

The main bank supplier can be requested in the same manner as other finance institutions in the even of such placements or raising of loans.
