Grouping of orders between the City of Romorantin-Lanthenay (coordinator of the group), the Community of communes of Romorantinais and Monestois and the Communal Center for Social Action. This is a framework agreement passed through an open call for tenders, with no minimum amount or maximum amount in value, concluded with several holders. Subsequent contracts resulting from this framework agreement will be awarded under the conditions defined by the CCP when the need arises. This framework agreement is concluded for a period of five years and two months from 1.1.2021. Three successive subsequent contracts will then be concluded:

- contract 1: fourteen months from 1.1.2021 to 28.2.2022;

- contract 2: 24 months from 1.3.2022 to 29.2.2024;

- market 3: 24 months from 1.3.2024 to 28.2.2026.
