The State Office for Digitalisation, Broadband and Surveying (LDBV) is inviting tenders for IT services with the following key topics for the IT Service Centre (IT-DLZ) area:

• Porting of the existing eFile interface (Java application with SOAP web services) into a microservice application on Kubernetes

• Migration and expansion of existing runtime environments

• Conceptual design and development of a log management system

• Consulting and programming services in the context of specialist process connections to the eFile interface

• Conception and programming services for the further development of the eFile interface

The majority of the tasks within the scope of these services are carried out independently by the contractor's personnel. The control of the execution of the task is ensured by the contractor.

10% of the services are expected to be provided at the premises of the LDBV / IT-DLZ in Munich or Augsburg. Up to 90% can be done remotely with the consent of the client.

The scope of services is 220 person-days (call-off vs. until 28.02.2025) with an option (right of choice of the client) to increase by a further 220 person-days.

The service should be provided by one person.

The planned start of work is 01.03.2024.
