The Landkreis Neustadt a.d.Waldnaab intends to award a contract for a total of 264 notebooks/tablets with input pins, software, etc. (see specification for details).
The delivery locations are the 10 schools of the district of Neustadt a.d.Waldnaab. The invitation to tender shall be divided into two lots according to the technical requirements.
Windows tablets incl. accessories or equivalentThis lot includes the services:
1. WINDOWS — Tablets or equivalent (220 units)
2. Pen input device suitable for the above tablet (220 pieces).
(detailed in detail in the terms of reference to be completed, which is part of the procurement document)
In order to verify that the systems offered by the bidder for each line meet the minimum requirements, it is mandatory to designate all products of the make and equipment type. For this purpose, corresponding input fields are provided for the individual items of the lot.
The offer shall also be accompanied by data sheets containing information or technical descriptions of all products offered (excluding services and software or licenses).
Apple iPad Air with accessories or equivalentThis lot includes the services:
1. Apple iPad Air or equivalent (44 pieces),
2. Pen input device suitable for the above tablet (44 pieces).
