1. The subject of the order is:
1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Skrzyszów from residential real estate and the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, constituting part I of the contract;
and
2) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Skrzyszów from indicated buildings of public utility places, including bus stops along with their cleaning, constituting part II of the contract.

Reception, transport and development of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Chkrzyszów from inhabited real estate and the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Skrzyszów from residential real estate and the Point of Selective Municipal Waste Collection, constituting part I of the contract;
2. The description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 12 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract
3. The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL.
Scope of orders/services: possible order(s) will consist in repeating similar services that are the subject of these proceedings, i.e. the subject of the contract will be:
Part I: collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Skrzyszów Commune from residential properties and the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
Volume of contracts: the total value of such contracts may amount to up to 50 % of the value of the basic contract.
Conditions under which they will be awarded: the contract will be awarded, e.g. in the event of prolongation of the tender procedure for the following years, termination/termination of the contract with the Contractor providing the waste collection service in the following years, exhaustion of the maximum amount allocated for the implementation of this contract – while maintaining the above-mentioned permissible total value of contracts.
