Implementation of maintenance and special cleaning in the Hessian Ministry of Internal Affairs and Sport and the Hessian Office of Care and Social Affairs (continuation of Lot 1 of the Open Procedure VG-0437-2020-0300).

Result-oriented maintenance cleaning for the Landesbetrieb Bau und Immobilien Hessen (LBIH), branch west of a total of approx. 2,000,000 m 2 Annual full cleaning area and approx. 2,200,000 m 2 Annual cleaning area in the Hessian Ministry of the Interior and for Sport, Friedrich-Ebert-Allee 12, 65189 Wiesbaden and the Hessian Office for Supply and Social Affairs, Mainzer Straße 35, 65185 Wiesbaden.

The additional scope of services includes:

— emptying and cleaning of rubbish bins outdoors,

— Representation cleaning on a base area of approx. 345 m2 full cleaning area and approx. 315 m2 visual cleaning area on approx. 60 representative days,

— flushing service in a tea kitchen,

— cleaning and disinfection of the confiscat cooler,

— Dirt trapping mat service,

— trash tray deployment,

— various special cleaners.
