The subject of this award procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement on the procurement of licenses from the entire product portfolio of the manufacturer VMware for the institutes and facilities of the Max Planck Society and its associated facilities. The framework agreement is opened with an initial order.

The estimated value of the initial order is EUR 500,000. The estimated additional call volume under the framework agreement is EUR 200,000. However, there is no entitlement to calls beyond the initial order.
