The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting of:

1) collecting municipal waste from owners of inhabited real estate and inhabited parts of mixed real estate (partly inhabited and partly uninhabited);

2) equipping Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points, hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK", with containers for waste collection and transferring this waste for management;

3) the supply of containers for furniture and other bulky waste and used tyres and the transfer of this waste for management;

4) management of municipal waste referred to in points 1 – 3 and achievement of waste management levels required by law;

5) providing containers for municipal waste.

6) providing software for the Electronic System for Control of the Amount of Waste Collected at PSZOK.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in:

5) providing containers for municipal waste and equipping real estate with containers and bags;

6) providing software for the Electronic System for Control of the Amount of Waste Collected at PSZOK.

2. The subject of the contract shall cover municipal waste of the following types and quantities:

1) in the scope of waste referred to in paragraph 1 point 1:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01),

(b) waste paper and paperboard (15 01 01, 20 01 01)

(c) glass waste (15 01 07),

d) multi-material metal, plastic and packaging waste (15 01 02, 15 01 06, 20 01 39),

(e) bioodpady (20 01 08, 20 02 01);

(f) bulky waste (20 03 07) and used tyres (16 01 03),

(g) Christmas trees and ornaments forming part of plants (20 02 01);

2) in the scope of waste referred to in paragraph 1 point 2, waste:

(a) plastic packaging, classified as waste with code 15 01 02,

(b) paper and paperboard classified as waste with code 15 01 01,

(c) bio-waste forming part of plants resulting from the care of green areas and gardens classified as waste with code 20 02 01,

d) construction from households (17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 07, 17 09 04),

(e) furniture and other bulky waste classified as waste of code 20 03 07,

(f) waste electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21, 20 01 23 and 20 01 35, classified as waste of code 20 01 36,

(g) waste electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21, 20 01 23 containing hazardous components, classified as waste of code 20 01 35*,

(h) wood other than those mentioned in 20 01 37, classified as waste of code 20 01 38,

(i) batteries and accumulators other than those mentioned in 20 01 33, classified as waste of code 20 01 34,

(j) inks, inks, printing inks, adhesives, binders, resins other than those mentioned in 20 01 27, classified as waste of code 20 01 28,

(k) fluorescent lamps and other wastes containing mercury classified as waste of code 20 01 21*,

(l) items removed from waste equipment other than those mentioned in 16 02 15, classified as waste of code 16 02 16,

(m) used tyres classified as waste with code 16 01 03,

(n) glass packaging classified as waste falling within code 15 01 07,

(o) packaging containing residues of hazardous substances classified as waste of code 15 01 10 *,

(p) medicines classified as waste with code 20 01 32,

(q) ineligible for household medical waste resulting from the taking of injectable medicinal products and the monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes, classified as waste code ex 20 01 99,

(r) packaging of metals, classified as waste of code 15 01 04,

(s) oils and fats other than those mentioned in 20 01 25 as waste code 20 01 26*,

(t) the combined collection of textiles falling within code 20 01 11 and clothing of code 20 01 10;

(u) devices containing freons of code 20 01 23*.

3) in the scope of waste referred to in paragraph 1 point 3, Bulky Waste and Tires.
