Exchange of the existing 10 stationary ticket machines with customer information terminals with ticket sales function as well as the installation and commissioning of 7 additional customer information terminals with ticket sales function at new locations and their maintenance.

As part of this tender, Erlangen Stadtwerke Stadtverkehr GmbH intends to award the following supplies and services:

1. Delivery, installation and commissioning of a total of 10 customer information terminals with ticket sales function for replacing the existing 10 stationary ticket machines.

2. Delivery, installation and commissioning of a total of 7 customer information terminals with ticket sales function at new locations.

3. Delivery, installation and commissioning of a background system and all interfaces described in the specification sheet.

4. Planning and conducting necessary training for the client's personnel.

5. Maintenance of hardware and software components for a period of 84 months after total acceptance.
