The Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Transport intends to conclude a framework agreement for technical, organisational and conceptual consulting in the sense of project management, including support in the procurement of technical system solutions and, if necessary, their operation for the introduction of a truck toll for state and municipal roads in Baden-Württemberg.

The service provider sought should support the preparation for the introduction of the truck toll and, together with the Ministry of Transport, first work through the necessary conceptual foundations in technical and organizational terms, but also in strategic terms. Based on this, an overall concept is to be developed together with the service provider as to how the introduction of the truck toll is to be implemented, in particular technically and organizationally, and which procedural procedure makes sense for this. The focus here is on the conception of a functional system architecture. Finally, support is also expected in the procurement of technical system solutions and, if necessary, their operation for the implementation of the system architecture developed in the concept.
