The contract is a public service contract for the maintenance of technical installations, HVAC (heating, ventilation, conditioning, etc.), and fire detection installations for buildings of the Université Saint-Louis – Bruxelles, located rue de l'Ommegang n° 6 (levels -2 to +4 and roof) in 1000 Brussels, building called "Ommegang".

The maintenance services covered by this contract cover all interventions related to the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the aforementioned installations.

Labor for troubleshooting is included in the breakdown and/or routine maintenance station.

The term "repair" will include all ad hoc repairs to the installations to be carried out during the term of this contract, at the request of the adjudicator. If the repair is not immediately feasible, the successful bidder will, if possible, carry out temporary troubleshooting in order to restore the installation. The final repair must then be carried out as soon as possible.

For interventions, both maintenance and repair, the disposal and disposal of waste produced by the operation, in accordance with the standards in force in the region concerned, is the responsibility of the successful tenderer.

These services will be carried out in accordance with the technical provisions set out in the second part of the special specifications, in which the installations are described and the services are defined.
