The contract consists of the provision of communication services:

1. Design a communication plan for the Design & Build program of public housing with high environmental performance.

This plan, which will develop the methodological note submitted with the tender, will be returned to the contracting authority no later than three months after the contract is awarded. It must include a provisional timetable for the various communication actions proposed.

Meetings, face-to-face or by videoconference, can be organized in order to agree on the contours and modalities of the mission.

2. Implement this plan using adequate human and technical resources, in consultation with the Walloon Housing Company.
