This call for tenders includes gardening and landscaping work, traffic route construction and technical equipment for the production of the Pankepark in Bernau.
The client for this tender is the city of Bernau near Berlin, Marktplatz 2 in 16321 Bernau near Berlin.
The tender is divided into 2 lots, 1st construction stage and 2nd construction stage (see attached overview plan).
The surcharge is limited. Only one lot can be ordered for each bidder.
The client will place the order, assuming the suitability of the bidders and compliance with the other requirements of the VOB, on the lowest offer in each case. If a bidder has made the lowest bid for both lots, the lot will be awarded, which, when the 2nd bidder of the other lot wins, will result in the lowest total.
Type and scope:
The services include the following landscaping work:
1st construction phase:
- Water-bound pathway 3 750 m
- Asphalt 3,050 m
- Granite small stone paving 1 700 m
- Gravel lawn 600 m
- Sandy area (playground) 460 m
- granite shelves 3,660 m,
- tree plantings 160 pieces,
- Lawns 7 200 m
- mast lights 50 pcs.
Performance dates:
- start of construction 8.6.2020,
- total completion 30.7.2021,
- Completion maintenance trees up to the 1st week of July 2021,
- Tree maintenance until October 31, 2024.
The above dates apply to both lots.
Minimum requirements:
- Evidence of the minimum turnover in the past 3 completed financial years 2016, 2017, 2018 in the average gross amount of EUR 3.0 million annually for comparable services (new gardening and landscaping),
- Evidence of at least 2 projects with at least 1,000 m
